The Mayfly Project will try to provide you with everything you need in order to mentor. If other needs arise during mentoring, please do not hesitate to contact us. This form is for your initial request, this gear will be used year after year for mentoring. To order your mentees gear for the final outing, please fill out our “Final Gear Request” form.
